Informations we collect

To identify a user, we use the user’s Discord ID.

The informations collected about a user are :

• any usage of a command that edit bot data (settings updates…)
  • These informations are used to let other Discord guilds administrators know who is responsible to any setting update of MyBot.

WE DO NOT COLLECT

• Your Discord messages
• Your activity on Discord which is not related to the bot.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

• Know the usage limitation of a specific user within some bot features.
• Ensure that the users does not have access to things they should not.
• Let the users know who edited some bot settings and when.

Log Files

MyBot log all the user activity within the bot. These logs are secure, and only used for bot internal things. Users can also see some of these logs to trace back some actions within the bot.
